We booked to come here yesterday for my sons 9th birthday as a surprise, it was so good! He absolutely loved it, as did we! The staff were great, seeing as non of us had been before they showed us everything we needed to know and gave us tips to get faster track times. From the outside its very diseving, inside it's incredibly clean and tidy. I would imagine doing a kids party here would be great! Would definitely recommend and will go back!

We took my daughter and her friends to laser tag for her 10th birthday. They all had a great time. The laser tag area is huge and the equipment was modern. Bailey was our host and she was really brilliant, so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble!

Totally amazing time as usual. The staff are very nice and helpful. Very good and fast karts really good well laid out track. 30 mins of karting over 4 races. Very exhilarating. Well done to the staff.

Fantastic day. Really awesome friendly staff and my 9 year old loved it. If he's happy... we're all happy. And that little sod is as difficult as keeping ice cream cold in a whacked up oven. Loved every minute of it. We will be back.

Poorly organised, rude staff and an unenjoyable experience. I would highly recommend avoiding the Letchworth facility! I was in a group of 5 and we were put on with children, around 10 to 12 years old. The kids were terrified and unhappy and ended up coming off one by one as we were more proficient at driving the karts. I was amazed that the staff put children on the track with adults. Some of the staff were treating us like children and being very condescending towards us, which I felt was very unprofessional. I did not appreciate being spoken to in the manner that I was during my visit. I will NEVER return to this site and I highly recommend that the staff (one man in particular) has some professional training in how to talk to customers... The cars were repeatedly adjusted by the staff to make them slower, which also led to an overall disappointing experience. The track itself is in very poor condition and the site needs some TLC. Please share this review with your employees!
